We offer re-sellers DISCOUNTS on the listed $ prices.  
Customers may download the products from Kepware's site or contact us for a CD
containing the software required.  We also provide licensing and technical assistance

Kepware's OPC server, KEPserverEX is available for download, fully functional with the complete set 
of PLC device drivers.  The OPC server will run for 2 hours at a time to allow development 
of your application prior to ordering the license from us.
